This Rental Agreement is entered into between the vendor (the "Atelier") and the Customer whose details are captured at the point of booking (the "Customer").
The Customer acknowledges receipt of the rental item(s) in good condition and agrees to return the item(s) on or before the agreed return date, in the same condition, subject to fair wear.
The Customer agrees to the Deposit, Late Return, Damaged Item, Lost Item, Cancellation and Privacy policies detailed in the Rental Terms & Conditions, which form part of this agreement.
By ticking the acceptance checkbox in the booking flow, the Customer confirms they have read, understood and agreed to this agreement. The digital acceptance is stored as part of the booking record.
