1. Rental Period
The rental duration begins on the confirmed pickup or delivery date and ends on the agreed return date. Late returns are subject to daily surcharges.

Please read the full terms below. You must tick the acceptance box in the booking flow before your rental can be confirmed.
2. Customer Verification
A valid IC or Passport, phone number, email and delivery address must be provided before a booking is confirmed. Verification details are stored securely with the booking record.
3. Collection & Return
Pieces may be collected in-store or delivered via Grab. Returns may be made in-store or shipped back via Grab. Both parties confirm the piece condition on pickup and return.
4. Care of the Piece
Customer agrees to handle the rental piece with reasonable care. Do not wash, iron, alter or dry-clean the piece — Tungkus handles all post-rental cleaning.
5. Damage, Loss & Replacement
Any damage beyond fair wear, loss or theft during the rental period is the customer's responsibility. Replacement or repair fees are charged based on the official rate card.
6. Cancellation & Refunds
Cancellations made before the preparation stage are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations after preparation may incur a handling fee.
7. Separation from Sales
Rental pieces remain property of Tungkus Fashion at all times. Rental inventory is fully separated from Sales inventory and cannot be purchased through this booking.
8. Acceptance
By proceeding with a booking, the customer confirms they have read, understood and agreed to these Rental Terms & Conditions.
